The location is superb. No charge for parking and free use of the tennis courts and swimming pool nearby. The road climbs from the Benasque valley by a series of hairpin bends. Not for the fainthearted. The room had a balcony and the hotel had a very comfortable lounge for socialising. We visited off season in August. During the ski season I imagine the place would be buzzing with activity. Location ideal for families with young children who like to be active.

Large and well equipped apartments.
The apartments are not handled as standard hotel rooms: no room cleaning, no change of towels, no soap, etc. This should be clearly stated on the hotel page, since one would expect this kind of services from a 3* hotel.

Great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Our romantic escape was perfect thanks to the cozy and clean rooms. the hotel's location near the chairlift made our skiing experience a lot easier and more enjoyable. the breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide range of delicious food options that satisfied our cravings.
The dinner buffet could use more labeling and better heating to ensure the food is at a good temperature.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were location, staff, value, and cleanliness. We're skiers and this hotel was just a short walk to the nearest ski lift and to the Ampriu station. Staff was friendly and helpful, trying their best to communicate in English. Cleanliness was noticeable upon entering the room. Great value for our money.

Great snowy weekend getaway! Perfect location close to the slopes and the ski hire shop. The staff were really friendly and we could keep our equipment in the storage room for free. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was super comfortable for those cosy nights in. We especially enjoyed the delicious dinner options and the hot breakfast in the morning.
While the room was comfortable, it did show some signs of wear and tear, and the view wasn't the best. The Wi-Fi was a little slow for streaming movies, but it was free, so we can't really complain.

This hotel offers a great location for skiers with convenient access to the ski slope, Ampriu station, and the nearest ski lift. the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean, and boast some great views. the staff are helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Guests can enjoy an agreeable breakfast and take advantage of parking, free Wi-Fi, and easily accessible ski hire facilities.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and renovations in some areas, which is noticeable in some of the dated apartment complexes.
